Can you download RAD greetings?

Is there an easy way to copy some RAD greetings from one controller to another in a resilient ACD set up so they are consistant across controllers? They are 5.0 SP2 PR1.

Yes, as long as you configure the same RAD message numbers, etc, you can copy them from one to the other. They live in the /vmail directory s you will need to ftp to the controller and copy them to your system and then on to the new controller from there.
