I have a need to change the ring-back destination for a call who's park timer has expired.
In other words, an operator receives a call. Parks and pages for the intended call's recipient. If that recipient doesn't pickup the call, I need it to ring back to a group of people who would be able to handle it, not just the normal operator who often gets stuck on 15-20 minute calls. (The main operator is also level 1 support for this company.)
Any suggestions?
