3300 LED ,all of them turned on

Hi all
I face a new problem on Mxe III 3300,and I am looking for solution:

On mxe all led turned on and I could not able off them,I installed software again but the problem still exist(also the remote alarm button show disabled),what is your idea?
alarm LED has orange/red/yellow.

Do you see anything in the logs that would show any issue?

I'm expecting some type of hardware failure but I couldn't tell you what.
Something else you can do is while the system is booting capture all the output from the RTC as it boots to see if an error shows there.

actuly the mxe works fine and I could not find error ,when system booting,if you have advice please tell me.thanks again

The RTC is the serial port on the front of your controller
9600 baud
8-n-1

You can also putty to it via the 3300 IP address on port 2002 - use raw format.
But you can't watch it while it reboots.
