-ONS CLASS/CLIP Set option to "Yes"
-Calling Number Display - Internal - ONS option to "Yes"

Are you sure you're getting caller id from the carrier?

First thing to do is hook a butt-set to the line, call it and see if you get the info.  Quick and easy to see if you wasting your time troubleshooting something that isn't being provided.

What do you mean by " hook a butt-set to the line " ?

A butt set is a linemans analog test set.   Basically just an analog telephone that allows you to test lines and listen in on lines.

Sorry.  I should have been more clear.
Are you connected to an embedded trunk card an ASU, ASUII or a MC320 trunk card.
