Dial 0 option 2 locations
« on: November 08, 2023, 02:29:25 PM »
We have a Mitel 3300 with 2 different locations added to it.  We have a speed dial setup for "0" to go to an extension at location A.  How can I configure another "0" for location B without affecting location A?

Thank you for your help!

You could send 0 to a ring group and make those people members or make 0 a line appearance on both phones then you can name the key something different on the label so they know its an operator call vs a call directly to them.

If you really wanted to do it the "right" way, you could do location based routing. But that assumes a lot of the groundwork is already done, like separating the extensions at each location into their own zone and having an LBN prefix assigned to each zone.

Location Base Number is what you need.
