MiVoice Office 250 - bypass menu system

Hello,

I am fairly new to the Mitel MiVoice setup. A little background, we had a local company rent an office in our building. We provided them with a phone/ext. They are moving to a new building, and need are trying to have google verify the business but need to send a code to our number. Is there an easy way for it to bypass the system to route to a specific phone so we can get the code for them? I would imagine we would do it after hours and turn off the routing for a couple minutes but unsure how to do that.

If you have POTS lines it's probably the day mode destination for the trunk group. DIDs are normally configured in the call routing form.

Here are the steps that are required for Google Business Verification.

To get your Google business verification code by phone, you need to:
1. Sign into your Google Business Profile and choose the location you wish to verify.
2. Click Get verified and select Phone or SMS as the verification method.
3. Answer the call or open the text with the code. Make sure you can directly answer your business phone number or receive texts.
4. Enter the code into your profile to complete verification.

The step you want to make sure of is step 3 as when you answer the call it will tell you a code to put into your Google Business Profile.

This can be answered by anyone, but you need to know where the number provided goes and that is the number associated with their business not yours.
