Nupoint time zones
« on: November 12, 2010, 03:51:24 PM »
Hello all: we are using a single NuPoint server for 4 time zones.  We have a 3300 in each time zone.

Where in the Call Director / Call Flow setup to you allow for the different time zones?

Currently Nupoint does not have a time zone feature

Excellent question! I am glad you asked. I have Same situation and currently have incorrect time displayed on the handsets in different timezones. I heard Nupoint would do this...but....never looked into it.

Perhaps a future upgrade will address this?

Terry.

NuPoint does not have different time zone support. For the handsets on the same controller, if they pass via the Mitel Border Gateway, then time zone support is available for the sets.

However, when MCD 5.0 is released this year, it will have multiple time zone support
