4 + 12 Combo Card

Hallo Mitel friends,

I am installing an ASU II with a 4+12 Combo card. This to connect more Analog Trunk. I used port 1 till 16 on the patch panel.
Is it the first 4 port or the last 4 port where I can connect the LS trunks ?

Help please

according to the tech handbook

pins 26/1 through to 37/12 are ONS ports
pins 38/13 to 45/20 are not connected
pins 46/21 to 49/24 are LS ports
pins 50/25 are not connected

I think what ghost is saying is:
on a 24 port patch panel
P1-12 - ONS
P13-19 - Not connected
P20-24 - LS Trunks

So pairs 21-24 will need to be re-terminated on your panel accordingly.

Good day. Having a problem to use MIVB console software on PC/laptop. I purchased both the mivb console bundle and swa for the console bundle. But when I am adding them both to the controllers arid only the console lisense is adding but the swa for console software is not adding with the arid. I have active swa for the mivb software. What should i do now?

Might want to check with Mitel license support, but I don't think you can add individual SWA in the middle of an existing term, it will automatically be added to the next renewal.
