Programing Night mode on mitel 5000
« on: May 20, 2020, 11:42:53 AM »
Hi, how do i program  a night mode feature so when activated  can forward all incoming calls to that extension number to another extension number.
I've already programmed the night ring key on the IP phone.

Night Mode is used to change the ringing destination of trunks, not phones... How it is programmed varies based on your type of trunks (analog or PRI/SIP). Analog trunks, you just set a different destination in trunk group, for PRI/SIP DID's you have a second CRT that is used for Night Mode (Ie. 1 for day and 2 for night) and you only put the ones that are different in 2, and as the last entry you point it back to 1.
