Hi there - I'm working through one issue that's come up and I need to modify call flow for our autoattendant. Essentially during daytime hours, forward off to the secretary WFH by blind-transfer to her extension which is forwarded. Then for off-hours, follow the regular menus.
The problem I'm having is I can't seem to make any modifications to the call flow through the call flow edit menus. We are running a very old version of Mitel/NuPoint so I'm not sure what I need to modify.
I can get into the menu and view the flow, but I can't seem to add anything new to it. Any thoughts?
