Cannot connect to DTAG mobile numbers

Hello everybody,

We have the following problem: We use an MiVoiceBusiness 3000 with a Telekom SIP trunk connection and have difficulties to call the DTAG mobile phone numbers. A voice channel is only established after 10 seconds.

We have already set a DNS entry "th1.domäne.de" in our network.

After we set the DNS entry, it worked in the meantime. Unfortunately not anymore. We checked the DNS entry and it is still correct.

Maybe someone has a crucial tip. Does anything have to be configured in the trunk settings?
