I have two customers that are now forwarding all their phones to cell phones because of the office Closures.
If you call to an auto attendant and enter the extension number the call will forward out to the Cell phone, If you call a Person's DID the forward does not work.
Calls to the DID will only forward if there is a system speedcall built and we forward to the speed call.
One client is running release 9.0 and the other is running 7.1 and have the same problem.
We should be able to forward without the need to configure a 100 speed calls.
