«
on:
February 27, 2020, 09:22:21 AM »
Does anybody know where I can find this information regarding changing the mode of operation by dialing in?
I have YourSiteExplorer, MCD3300, and MiContactCenter.
Thanks for your help.

It is best to set up vpn access to handle such things. You can also look into DISA if you need to call to make phone system behavior changes

Modeof operation code mean a few things
As you have posted this in the 3300/MCD forum i guess you mean night service.
You can do this via DISA. Dial the DDI you have pointed at the DISA number and dial the night service feature code
If you mean MICC IVR mode of operation "Emergency mode" then you can make a managment workflow which is password protested which will allow you to put the MICC IVR into emergency mode.
Then point a ddi at the manageemnt port or make it a hidden option on the main workflow
This can then be used when you have to evacuate the building for a fire etc.
Let me know if yo need more info
