Hi All,
I have MiCollab working on MiVoice Business Express 8.1.2.8
We have deployed approx. 30 users and they all connect as expected, either using their Mobile, tablet or pc/laptops.
Most users work and they can make and receive both internal and external calls.
However I have 3 users unable to make outgoing Internal/external calls, but can receive calls.
When they try to make a call they receive we receive the below error...…
Call Failed
Sorry, an error occurred during the call. you may want to send a diagnostic report (Menu: settings/general).
Any help would be great.
