Hot Desk ACD - Caller ID different with 6930 Phone?

Hello Folks,

Our environment is a MXe-III running MiVoice Business - 8.0 SP2 - 14.0.2.26

We've just started to add 6930 phones and I'm being told that the Caller ID is being displayed but once the call is answered it no longer is, just the duration of the call. It seems that the Caller ID remains being displayed on the 5330/5340 phones we have. Is this a COS setting specific to the 69X0 phones?

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Hi,

check if COS option Display "ANI/DNIS/ISDN Calling/Called Number" is set on "yes".

Hello and thanks for the reply!

It was set to No so I changed it to yes and will see how it goes. The same COS is used for both the phones and paths.
