Remote phone showing No Service

I have remote 6940 phone that is displaying "No Service" after it booted up. The phone is connected to the MCS Server via the MBG.

It is showing as offline on MCS and I just wanted to ask if I am missing something.

I have managed to find a resolution to this.

The MBG's WAN IP needs to be entered into the NAT IP address section in Nodes under Phone Systems.
In the Client Locations setting, the same WAN IP should be entered in NAT IP Address/Full Hostname under Remote while the Syslog IP Address should have the IP of the controller / MiVoice 250.
