Maintenance Commands
« on: August 08, 2019, 02:33:00 PM »
Might there be a list of usable maintenance commands that one could access for troubleshooting?  Seems like more and more we are needing to use them.  We have a system speed call number coming in and it gets pointed to an number (2222) .  This 2222 number is setup and multiple lines as a multi line pickup.  When i did a LOCATE NUMBER 2222 it came back with "The number refers to a Non Prime Broadcast Group".  Not sure what that means  I looked at pickup, ring, and Hunt groups bet it is not located in either.  Any help is appreciated.   Thanks

Perry

That means it's a button on phones. Under Users and Devices advanced you can find the Multiline Appearance Groups form which can be used to determine what sets this dn is on.
