Message print error
« on: April 19, 2019, 09:50:17 AM »
I have multiple businesses that have the same settings. I can access all live feed on the tabs except system outputs "Message print" on 1 of the businesses. History log fails to connect and Live pulls up a failed to establish message print connection. None of them have message print socket to yes. The system is not resetting. The only one that sounds plausible is the maximum number of connections have been reached. Where is that set at and what is it referring to.

RLyon,

It is referring to the Socket - Message Print which by default is set to 3 so if you have more than 3 things trying to get Message Print from the system then you will get this error.

If you don't have any then you need to call Mitel Tech Support and have them look into the issue for you.

Thanks,

TE
