System monitoring
« on: August 31, 2018, 09:14:24 AM »
When I start the System Administration and Diagnostics program I cannot get the System monitoring. It says AWS webpage and advanced system monitoring available. I used to have it but got a new PC and re-installed the programming software. There isn't a play button as before to start the connection either. I can get into the programming though. I am on version 6.3.1.0, is there something else to check to get this to work?

In DB Programming, go to System - IP Settings - Web/SSH Settings and check the Web Listening Port (Secured), if it is anything other than 443 you must change the setting in your Connections after enabling the ability to change it in MSA&D Options - Advanced and tick Show IP Ports and then adjust the port in the settings in the connection entry for this system to match.

It is pretty common to change this port to 8443, 18443, or 65443 for port forwarding conflict issues.
