1 User 2 locations, how to setup phone?

I am experimenting with this right now:

ACD w/agent
ACD is linked to voicemail (vm to email) and DID

This appears to work just great!
However, internal calls to the ACD ext shows on the phone = CALL RINGING FOR HG XXXX"

Anyway to rename this somewhere?

Fill in the Username portion of the Hunt Group with the users First Name Last Initial like you would on a phone.

That WORKS!
now, when no one is logged into the ACD, the internal ext will not ring through.
States = IS BUSY

Someone has to be logged into the Hunt Group for it to take calls internally. Why did you make it an ACD Group anyway? You know you could have just made it a UCD Hunt Group and just left both phones in it and it would always ring both phones when someone dials the HG extension number.

Unfortunately I now need the phone to be usable when the user is in the other location. The phone tech for my support stated an ACD might be my best option.

No biggie, just keep in mind that at least one of the phones has to be logged in or internal callers will get a busy signal. Technically it could have been left a UCD and used Hunt Group Remove/Replace, but at that point it just six of one, half a dozen of the other.

Or... twin the phones and use Configuration Assistant to enable/disable DEE.
