Hey All,

Working for an IT/Telecoms/Network Provider for hospitality in the UK and recently got my cert for the I&M Leader-led 8.0 Course; it was real basic but it's a start. Been working with Mitel as a Support Desk Engineer for 2 years and slowly making my way into a more advanced position.

Hoping to get familiar with the forum and its members! Feel free to introduce yourselves.
