Night Ring Turns on Randomly

As of yesterday, our system keeps going into Night Ring Mode randomly throughout the day. Today it has happened at least 7 times. I showed our receptionist how to turn Night Ring off, but I cannot find any reason that the system would keep going into that mode.

Has anyone else had this issue, or do you have any ideas on what I need to do to keep this from happening?

There isn't a built-in function for a system to go in to Night Mode on its own; this is a manual feature.

The only way this can happen without someone pressing a button or dialing a feature code would be through a third-party application; Mitel Office Application Suite [Phone Manager].

My guess is that someone has an Admin Phone and is dialing the Feature Code [Default: 9860] thinking they are dialing out of the system.

Check to see what users are setup as Administrators and remove any phones that don't need to be. To see this information go to System > Phone-Related Information > Flags > Administrator.
