I am from The Gambia and I have been Managing Mitel 3300 with 5212 IP Set for over 6 years. I will now prefer having a certification in Mitel and will need support.

Even with your own "certification" an authorized vendor is required to contact tech support, Mitel does not support end-users directly unless they are a Mitel Direct customer. An end-user can take the classes and get the completion certificates, but they cannot become a true certified technician... The best you get is access to Mitel Online and documentation, not tech support.
Although, if you get the classes and the completion certificates and are then hired by an authorized Mitel vendor those can be rolled over to your certification.
