Hi,

MIVB 8x

Currently, my customer facing problem where the ACD path is 'Out Of Service' while all agent are available. Out of 20 ACD path assign, only 1 ACD path is out of service. 19 of it working in order.

Run command 'Locate Feature (PathNumber)' found out that

The number refers to an ACDII Path.
Pilot Number: 5001
Active Feature :
Do Not Disturb

After cancel the DND via remote, now the Path available to received a call.

We disable all DND feature in COS to prevent the same error.
Do Not Disturb   : NO
Do Not Disturb - Access to Remote Phone    :NO
Do Not Disturb Permanent    : NO

How can this happen while the is not Feature Access code set for DND? or there is timer setting related with DND in COS?

Thank Dogbreath, half of myself support your words and the other half are tied to customers contract  ;D.

They understand the consequences and the benefits of doing it.

I believe there is no way to cheat the system to do that reverse way but customer expectations have brought new challenges for us to retweet the system.

That's right, it's not a queuing role.

The case is, they set service level 10 second for queue only. Sometime they face up to 5 call waiting during peak time. Without adding agent support, they decide to save the service level by answering call reverse way. Caller with waiting time less to be answer first. By that way, they think can save their current service level.

If 2 call waiting appear, one of them is below SLA and the other is above SLA and already affect their SLA. They prefer to answer a call from caller waiting below SLA.

Hello Mitel Avenger,

Is there possible to caller waiting in queue will be answered in reverse way.

Example, call-in transfer to IVR and reroute to Queue. When all agent are busy on ACD, there is 3 call waiting show below:

Caller A waiting in queue 5mnt
Caller B waiting in queue 3mnt
Caller C waiting in queue 1mnt

By default, when agent are available caller A will get first priority to be answer follow by Caller B and C. Can we do reverse way? Caller C will get the first priority follow by Caller B and last priority goes to caller A.

it seems unfair to the Caller A ;D, but it is a customer request.

Hi Mitel Avenger team,

I have done configure 2 tenant 1 and 2. No restrict on ext to ext call. It is only for group ext and trunk isolation. For example Group ext A used trunk A. Group Ext B used trunk B.

I have been facing a problem where Call incoming from Trunk A fail to transfer to Group of Ext B. It also happen Incoming call from trunk B fail to transfer group of Ext A.

Am i wrong apply this tenant setting or this is Mitel rule of tenant setting.

Hello there,

How can i change IP address for MICC V8 server. Can anyone show me the step to change it? i'm very sure, ity not easy as change IP address at 'Local Area Connection'.

How about the licensen validation?. if the customer license for MICC already expired.

Hi there,

Can you create access code in FEATURE ACCESS CODES and change the feature code example as below:

Dialed Day/Night Serices - Activate = (example ##1)
Dilaed Day/Night Services - Inquire = (example ##0)

When at telephone set press ##0 to inquiry current system service moe (Day,Night1 or Night2) by default it set to Night1

To change it to Day, press ##10. '0' is ask the system to set to Day mode services,
To change it to Night 1, press ##11.
To change it to Night 2, press ##12.

Please set Dialled Night Service to enable in COS for telephone set.

Maybe at controller Agent group real time event and path real time event not enable. Make sure you configure SMDR option to. Just give a try.

Yes. We have try to install V8.0.1 and reinstall it with SQL 2012 and SQL 2014. Still not solve it.

Currently install V8.0.1 with SQL 2014

Hi there,

I need help on this. After succesfully install MICC V8.0.1, synchronize Yoursite and Mxe with no problem.

But when i open contact center client, the real time turn to grey colour and it try to connect port (host ip) on port 5024.

Firewall turn off and no antivirus install.

I used MIVB v13.2.1.27, MICC V8.0.1.. any idea on log error below. Thank you

Hi there,

I just want to ask, can Prairie fyre V7.0 track who are the supervisor that suddenly make all their agent make busy. At my customer side, they are about 10 supervisor that can manage their 100 of agent from Contact Center Client. Suddenly 1 of supervisor monitor the agent and make all the agent in make busy mode. The service level drop after that and they blame Mitel system for not stabilize. They just not want to take responsibility for what they have done. Can we show log file for supervisor event? Please help me to prove that they are wrong..please..

Thank for your advice, i already test the upgrading v5.8 to v7 without any error. We can retrive back the old database by summarize data.

the only thing is the web base for ccm is to slow to open. it take about 15 to 20 second to open the ccm web on server side or client side.

We run on server 2008 R2 64Bit with sql 2008 r2. already diasable User Account Controll,disable data execution, install iis and msmq.. but still same, it to slow to open.

CCC can open without any delay time. Do you had face this issue? .

I had install ccm V7 in window 2012 r2 64 bit and is running ok on my other customer side. This problem never happen before, it is first time.

Hi all,

if any one can give me an advice on this, i really appreciate on that.

I have CCm server 32bit running CCM V5.8.0.6 want to upgrade to CCm server 64bit running CCM V7 (latest). The server need to format and reused it back with 64bit engine.

from what i understanding is only version V5.8.0.9 can upgrade to V7. Can I just copy the ccm Data Directory from version 5.8.0.6 in server 32bit and after upgrade the server to 64bit, I just make full installation in Version 7, paste the ccm Data Directory in ccm folder and summarize the data?

Or do i need to upgrade from CCM V5.8.0.6 to CCM V5.8.0.9 in 32bit server --- after that backup the data and Data Directory --- format the server to 64 bit --- install the full CCM V7 --- restore back the data configuration and paste the Data Directory and summarize it?

And can new version CCM V7 restore data configuration previous version CCM V5.8?

any way this is only case study for my feature project and not related to any of my customer.

Hello Mitel friend,

Have you configure POLYCOM HDX7000 using ISDN BRI connect to Mitel 3300 MxeIII controller?

If possible, can you share configuration data with me. Please advice me because it's my first time configure the BRI with POLYCOM product.
