Since the UCC license bundle contains licenses for MCD and MAS you first need to create a Unified License Manager or ULM on the customer AMC record.  This is done using part number 54005769 which is a no charge number.  This will be a separate application record.  You then add all MCD and MAS app records to this group.  Licenses are then available to be used on the appropriate application.

And yes UCC licensing does suck for a few reasons but primarily the multi-device license.  We have found a few problems with them.  The biggest is that you cannot use Key map templates to program buttons on devices programmed as multi-device.

Mitel Software Applications / UCA 5.1 Call Control Window Too Big.

Ever since we upgraded to UCA 5.1 a few weeks ago my call controll pop up window is too big and sometimes is half off of my screen.  I constantly have to re-size and move it.  It was fine before installing the newest client.  Anyone have any ideas?  It doesn't seem to be a problem with other PC's in our office.

Mitel MiVoice Business/MCD/3300 / Wireless Bridge/converter for IP phones

Is anyone using a wireless bridge or adapter to connect Mitel IP phones wirelessly?  We have a customer who is using 55 Mitel wireless stands and is looking for an alternative since they are MD'd.  I know there many options out there but am looking for a current device known to work.  Thanks.

Thanks, Ghost.  I was referring to the 2nd processor.  I knew it would be there somewhere but have never looked at an expanded system.  I am assuming that with a 2nd preocessor, on the Hardware Compute Cards form there would be and entry for Slot ID 2?

Anyone know if there is a way to determine, through ESM, if a 3300MXe controller has been expanded?
