MiVoice Office 250/Mitel 5000 / Withhold number when dialing internationally from UK Mitel 5312

We are trying to find how we can withhold our number when dialing Germany we are using 141 but there seems to be a problem for example we dial 9 to get out side line then following sequence 9/141/0049 000 000000 then it cannot connect as the last 2 digits do not appear on the display
