Just looking at the file, see nothing regarding a sip password request. Also would like to know if this is a tftp or http/https server, either one could be hosted on a newer system. I would assume the file name for each set would be it's mac.cfg

Not sure of what modules are installed or whether the cim ports connect to anything but I would try a boot with only the dsp module installed and nothing in any cim port. I may also want to disconnect the analog mainboard. This would be my starting point, slot 11 my refer to the cim ports just comparing to older 200 as to what it would have. I could be wrong.

Cannot tell you what is providing dns resolution for you, might do an ipconfig /all. You can ping the FQDN from this internal softphone pc and see what the ip comes back.

Almost sound like split dns isn't set up correctly as it should use the FQDN

Have you tried blanking it out or if allowed a delete option? Will tell if other things might need to happen before getting to the new dn
