After you have tested the basic forward and copy. set the mail box to Enhanced Integration, account password is the password for their Gmail account, username and address for voice mail are both the full Gmail email address. and then you will also have to login to their Gmail account and enable Imap. At any time if they change the Gmail password it will have to be done in the 5000 also. just set up user accounts and show them how to web in and change it there. Hope this helps

Mitel MiVoice Business/MCD/3300 / 5550 ip Mulitiple Company Directory

I'm trying to set up the Mulitiple Company Directory and not having much luck.
system the MCD version 5.0 SP2 Pr1, and the IP console is 4.2. I have followed everything that I could read in the two help files, MCD and 5550 IP Console. Have set up the C.O.S. as
To program a trunk to receive ANI/DNIS numbers:

Class of Service Options form,

enable ANI/DNIS/ISDN Number Delivery Trunk in the trunk's Class of Service.

For DID trunks, enable Display DNIS/Called Number Before Digit Modification in the trunk's Class of Service (if desired).

To display ANI/DNIS information on display telephones and consoles:

Class of Service Options form,

enable Display ANI/DNIS/ISDN Calling/Called Number.

enable the following options as required:

To display the ANI/ISDN calling number only, enable Display ANI/ISDN Calling Number Only.

To display unmodified DNIS numbers, enable Display DNIS/Called Number Before Digit Modification.

To display ANI, DNIS, and trunk information related to a station's keyline or multicall line (not the station's prime line), enable Display Caller ID on Multicall/ Keylines.

and also the data.csv, map.csv, companyinfo.csv. but no luck on getting the company or the greeting to display when the call is answered. any help would be great.
