Mitel MiVoice Business/MCD/3300 / How to-call routing Mitel 3300 icp

Here is my issue.  I have a small call center.  When a customer calls our main line it first hits an operator's phone.  When that person is logged in they get the call.  If they are not logged in, or they are on a call, the call is routed to two phones at my point of sale desk.  What I need to do is set up another phone to be in this cue ahead of the operator when said phone is logged in.  I am not that familiar with Mitel and this seems like it should be easy enough. Any ideas?
