I have had issues before with option keepalives not being responded to or reaching.  Get a signalling trace off the MBG and take a look

If users have access to contact centre client and monitor the queue that way it can be put in by accident.  I have seen it occur a few times.  ACD inspector should show it or the raw ACD file with verbosifier.

You can't edit the db offline.  I am guessing it is a physical controller?  I would always do a migration check just before and do a backup at that point.  If you are so worried can you not get a spare controller and do the upgrade on that so it is not affecting the customer if there is a problem?  Only need to clear the hardware ID and sync again.

Put a delay before the play prompt and it should resolve your issue

We use MPA  it is fantastic.  Only pay for the probe license if your customer is on PSWAS.  Brilliant and highly recommend.

As of a certain version of MiCC 8 you can delete via elastic search.  Search for the email, highlight and delete it.  This is the best way, don't delete the msg file via data directory.  If you don't have the delete function confirm what version you are on.

If you have a database backup, I know how to change the backup password then you can restore it.  Not sure if it is against the rules to share this though as I have been told off in the past would like confirmation its ok from an admin first.

Hi,

It is in effect the same product.  Mitel rebranding it.  If you have worked on 4.0 then there isn't too much different.  Not sure yet if support is going to come from Mitel or Xarios now.

A lot of ours has come with version 1 software too.  Upgrade it straight away as we have found a lot of problems.  Really easy to upgrade.  Upgrade using Micro SD or a http server.  Cannot upgrade from version 1 via USB.

Does the DDI associated with the ACD huntgroup go there via a CRT?  If so have you tried setting up a MOH profile and assigning it to the DDI on the CRT?

We don't allow it without the use of MBG.

I really wouldn't recommend doing this due to a very high risk of toll fraud.  Stick with VPN.

Not sure how you got on with this but I have found it is best to upgrade to version 2 if this has not already been done as I have found problems with ver 1.  Easy to do.  Version 1 cannot be upgraded via USB but is really easy via micro SD

Hi,

We have had a complaint that when a user on a 5603 gets a missed call they try to ring it back but it doesn't connect due to the fact it doesn't auto populate the 9 for an outside line.  I have had a look in all docs including the interop guide but cannot find anything to fix this issue.

The 3300 has an outgoing external call prefix option for applications in system options that gets around this but cannot see anything in the 5000.

Does anyone know a fix around for this?
