Mitel MiVoice Business/MCD/3300 / delay going to menu option

Just installed a 3300 with Auto Attendant.When an incoming caller hits the Auto Attendant menu  opt 1 goes to reception all OK, option 2 to other menu for other depts. In the second menu choosing opt 2 takes you to sales but there is a 4 second delay before ringing tone. I have reduced the interdigit pause with no difference. 2 digit exts 20 - 29 any ideas how to reduce this time or play MOH. Thanks
