I'm not sure if multi languages were installed but I can check tomorrow. Question: how does that change the english recorded greetings? Would that only change the prompts?

Thanks for the reply. I don't think this one has any features except the receptionist. I checked docs and can't find anything on call director. This system uses a serial connection for programming and only had the most basic option purchased.

Any ideas how to have a mailbox use 1 for english and 2 for spanish?

Normally your right. I've changed both passwords a couple of times and so has the customer. It's just odd how they keep getting in.

Technician level password I guess that's what it's called. I'm used to that term for the long number used to increase the ports from 4 to 8. It's the one not commonly known.
My guess is that someone knows that and keeps dumping all of the mb's. I locked down the vm and sx200ml so they can't call out but now they're just deleting mb's.
Does anyone from Mitel know if this can still be done? Or if I could find something in the logs?

Can the Engineering Code for Express Messenger be changed? I have a hacker.

We programmed an older nupoint that says press # then dial ext number. Would like to have a main greet that says press 1 for sales, press 2 for customer service or dial your 4 digit ext number. I'm not sure why the # was used and the customer would like to change. I'm just hitting a wall and need a nudge in the right direction.
System 70 7.0 but not positive on level.

My customer has a SX-200 EL/ML that they have to reset card to put back in use. This is a satellite system that receives calls from the main thru a T1/Adtran/PRI Card and the also have a LS Class card for local trunks. CID is programmed but not purchased thru their telco provider.
I'm not sure what is locking up the trunks but I have changed out the card and still have the trouble.

I have an ext 256 at a remote office that fwds to mailbox 250 at the main office only on busy fwds n/a works properly. I have tried analog networking codes in form 22 to no avail. We are using pri cards at both locations going over a fiber point to point and two adtrans.
I have tested other offices that work and have copied it's programming to this site exactly but it's still doing it.  :o
