Mitel MiVoice Business/MCD/3300 / Transfer External calls to External calls

Hi I'm new to Mitel,

My client has a Mitel 3300 and they want to allow external calls to be transferred to external calls via operator.
I cant seem to find how to do it. Please let me know if its possible and how to do it if so.
