Mitel MiVoice Business/MCD/3300 / Attendant Busy-out Timer expiry (Mitel 3300 - 5550 console, IP console)

My 3300 ICP occasionally goes into Night service without user input. I can see in the logs that no caller rang the Attendant, but the logs say that the Attendant Busy-out Timer expiry triggered and thus the console switched into Night.
