Hi All, I am trying to get more UCE licenses but the www.unifiedcommunicatorexpress.com website seems to point to mitel order numbers that don't exist! out current licenses, which we have many left don't work!! Any ideas whether this has been pulled?

Is it possible to set the phone to display the time in 24hour?

At the moment we get 3:56p or 10:56a

Be good t get rid of the p and a from the display and have it 24hour

I have realised what the problem was - I had applied a branding item and a screensaver by mistake -it will only allow one or the other.

Remove branding, added a screensaver - now it works.

I have created a screensaver using the HTML Toolkit, uploaded it and applied it to a phone (5320) when the phone goes into screensaver mode it coes up with "Communications Error" is this because I have no licenses?

Hi All, I have the HTML Toolkit, I am trying to work out how it works, but when I try to connect to a folder it says that there is no manifest file. How do you use this software? Just want to create a screensaver with out company logo, nothing fancy!!

I have been asked to find out if something is possible - so here goes.

We have Mitel 3300, UCE, Outlook 2010, AD 2008, Windows 7 / XP Pro

Is there any way to prevent a call that has been picked up by another user showing up in the missed calls on a Mitel Phones (5330 / 5320 / 5340 / 5360) and in UCE / UCA (we have both) If not, can it be identified in UCE as missed but picked up?

Any feature like this would be useful

Hi All,

I am hopeful of a solution to this one. Using UCE and Outlook 2010 - when I try to dial a number which has a space in it, the first digit will get knocked off the area code. it will put in the 9 to dial out, but then remove the 0 - local numbers are not affected as they don't use the area code.

For example - in outlook I have a contact for Joe Bloggs - his business number is entered as 01234 567765 - his mobile entered as 07123456789 - when I search, if I dial his number it presents it as 907123456789, if I select his business number, it is presented as 91234567765.

There is no setting I can see where this is set!! The simple solution I know is to remove the space, it works, BUT we are rolling this out to 250 users, many with over 100 contacts, thats potentially 25000 spaces to be removed if only one number per contact is like it  :o

So, if possible I would like a solution that can be applied via UCE or Outlook

Any help would be really really well received.

Hi, thanks for the guide.

This doesn't work for me - when I hover over the group - created newly like you did - I get the no entry sign - it doesn't allow it to go in there. The only places I get the correct icon are over the Search Contacts field, Filter List field and the Contacts icon

I will get onto our support guys to find out why this is!

I either cannot find the spot :( or something isn't set up correctly!!

Is there anything I need to check on the server side for this feature to work? or is it a case of hope for the best? Also anyone know if the software supports Outlook 2910 x64?

Hi There, I a new to the phone sector as I have had this given to me as a new role - I must admit its very interesting to work with this system. However I am stuck on one thing, which is really bugging me now! hopefully someone can help.

I am using Mitel Unified Communicator Advanced 4.1.22.0 and I need to get mine and others contacts copied across to the program from Outlook - however I have tried importing them, I have tried setting it up in configuration and re-indexing, but this doesn't work either. I have also tried dragging and dropping - this also doesn't work - I am running W7 and Outlook 2010 (32bit) - others are running XP with Outlook 2003 - they also don't work!

The strange thing is, when I do all of this it doesn't error, it just doesn't do anything. the indexing goes through the process very quickly but nothing happens!

also, can anyone tell me if the UCA is compatible with W7 64bit and Outlook 2010 64Bit?
