Yes, that's the way the technician did it.  I wasn't prompted to change password.  My login wouldn't work anymore.  So the technician logged in under their sys account and deleted my account.  I was able to login after that.  Now, I can't make the changes that I used to be able to make.  When I hit Save after a change it just spins.    There are several accounts that were created and a few have root access and I was looking to recover a password to one of those accounts.  I guess the reason I can't make changes is because he removed my root access.  I can't even do a Backup of the system now.

We just lost a drive on our 3300 and replaced it and executed a database restore but our system level password doesn't work. Our other passwords and user names work fine but don't have root level access. Is there a way to reset this username/password or all usernames/passwords with out a fresh install and hand program?

I need to update a user however I am unable to.  It just spins. "Please wait while your data is saved..."
On Monday our Mitel 3300 lost a hard drive and we fully recovered our users.  I have been able to make changes here, but now I'm unable to do so.  The technician who helped me deleted my old admin account and recreated it again.  I must have lost some privileges.  What can I do to make changes? Any help would be grateful.

I am trying to set an extension key as a muti-call line type.  But I keep getting this error down below.  All my other lines have been set this way but now the system will not take these settings.  Any help would be grateful.

What does this mean and how do I resolve it.  "This DN has already been configured as a local-only DN in the network.  You cannot use this number to provision a key on a non-local device DN."

Mitel MiVoice Business/MCD/3300 / Mitel 3300 ICP Greeting Question

I am very new to the mitel phone system.  I have a question about greetings.  We are trying to setup the greeting to say, Press 1 for Sales or press 2 for Technical Support.  However, our extensions are 4 digits.  How do you associate the greeting number to an extension?  Can this be done?  Thanks for any help on this.
