additionally i just sent an welcome email to myself to confirm the settings.  looks correct ... i have a feeling it can't resolve the server name:(

thanks, Vlan 1 is of course the data... Vlan 100 is voice.  same network just routed with a layered switch between 192.168.x.x and 10.1.100.x(voice)
i can ping from the data side without issue, can login to the MAS box but i cannot resolve the name of the server.  is this needed?
not sure how to add a web access licence... but that is a good suggestion to test the connectivity.

yes, i've done that.  i see the login ID and the password field (blank) but i can type it in there and click save... no errors, no acknowledgement that it was changed.  is this normal?

hello, new to this forum.

we have had a Mitel system installed and have little success in logging into the UCA client from my workstation. 

i have reset my user password under the Account tab in the configuration of the Unified Communications Server.

i'm not entirely sure of the syntax needed to login.  johnsmith@server.domain.local

any insight would be great.
