SIP On Mitel / GFI Fax Maker
« on: April 16, 2019, 12:58:57 PM »
The SIP COE is so far out of date and currently the MiVB support is useless

Anyone have this setup - preferably using SIP trunks for incoming/outgoing to the MiVB (to avoid the t.38 license) and then the SIP trunks setup for the link btw the MiVB and the GFI?

I don't even see any sip traffic right now in my setup - I am thinking that something on the GFI side might need to be enabled but again guid is 7 years old.

Thanks!

Ummm .... Replace with IP sets and an MBG, then virtualize it????
I would assume that it was something to do with the settings for the Recording ports being incorrect for the framing and codex.
The only other thing is that when you changed the cabling for the 85XX series, did you change the pair to tap going into the dialogix board?

Not sure the final answer but to point you in the right direction the Skype plugin uses the Skype Directory for display. It does not use AD directly or the PBX/
If you are using Office 365, this has to be configured correctly. Also this may mean that Skype is not sync'd with your AD.

Mitel Software Applications / Re: Flex reporting expressions

You don't need a flexible report for this.
In YSE edit your Q's, Queue spectrum to the values that you want.
Then re-summarize your data
Under queue reports in ccmweb you can then run Queue or Queue Group answer spectrum.

There are many possible causes. First question is if the account that the software was installed under has changed password?
Also what version of MiCC?

Mitel Software Applications / Distinctive Ring Tones
« on: February 28, 2012, 05:05:54 PM »
I have heard that you may be able to provide a distinctive ring to a specific incoming call or line using the HTML toolkit. Has anyone ever done this or know of a different way to do it on a 3300?

Thanks
