Hi!

Does anyone have tried to make this?

SIP Phone ----> Openser -----> Mitel -----> Mitel Phone

192.168.10.133 -> Sip Phone
200.xx.xx.xx -> OpenSer
192.168.2.1 -> Mitel ICP 3300

For some reason I can't make it work.

404 Not Found -> How could it be? I'm dialing 220 (my extension). May be there is a secret for this trunk..

I have tried everything with "SIP PEER PROFILE" options.

Any help?

I'm sorry, I didn't explain very well.

When someone left a voicemail, on a randomly way the "call back" turns on (obviously the lamp turn on too).

I want just the lamp and not the "call back".

Hi all!

I'm having this issue for a long time ago. The thing is:

Sometimes and JUST sometimes (I can not repeat it randomly) a few extensions receive a Call Me Back Message send from Hunt Group 15.

15 is the Hunt Group Number for calling to Voicemail. (15 was assigned for four voicemail ports).

I think is maybe a CoS thing, but I'm not sure.

Any idea?

I set the CoS in Trunk Service Assignment, but I didnt in the extension.

Right now, I see the caller ID.

and yes, I have turned off everything ANI/DNIS display...

Mitel MiVoice Business/MCD/3300 / SIP Trunk - I wanna see the trunk name.

Hi all.

I have configurated a SIP trunk with some ISP. I have set two ports to this trunk also and these ports are used for attendant. I use the SIP PEER PROFILE BY INCOMING DID too (using "System Speed Call Asignment"). So, depending of the incoming number, it will go to ports (Attendant) or directly to extensions.

The thing is:

I wanna see the trunk's name on my Mitel display.

How can I do that?

- If I set "PRIVATE SIP TRUNK" I can see the name... but the attendant stops work. I mean, I dont hear the attendant voice, I hear the voicemail operator voice: "Please enter you VM number"...

PLEASE!! How can I see the trunk name!!!???

Hi all.

I set a greeting in one port. I set this port as a destination from sip trunk, but when I get in trough sip trunk, i can hear teh operator: "please dial your voicemail number..."

Why? why I cant hear the greeting?

When somebody leaves me a message (voicemail), after listen it and delete it, I have to delete CallMe Back Message. I'm doing of this way:

1) I push Messaging
2) I push Read Message
3) I push Call Me Back
4) Erase Msg

After this, the lamp turn off.

But, I dont leave a call me back message, I just leave a Voicemail.

Hi all!

I have an issue with call me back messages.
When I leave a Voicemail, it create a call me back message. So, I have to delete the voicemail plus delete call me back message.

Why? I dont want the call me back message.

the VM 0 has a recorded voice. I wanna delete it but I only can change it. How can I delete  the recorded voice?

Hi all!

Please! help me with this!

My PBX (Mitel 3300) have set two ports for attendant. "Thanks you for call... etc etc" if the caller doesn't dial any option, the call is redirect to VM 0 (operator).

This was working ok, but now, I want that when the caller wait and doesn't dial any option, they been redirect to some extension (by example: 200)

So, what I want is: If the caller doesn't dial any choice, the voice of the PBX say: "You will be transfered to Operator" and that extension 200 rings.

How I do that?

0 is the default VM of the PBX.
