Mitel MiVoice Business/MCD/3300 / Mitel 3300: ACD Agent on a call for 2 hours

My ACD Agents that are on a call for more than 2 hours show as IDLE and start the IDLE Agent timer (Using PrairieFyre Software). Is this a timer setting on the 3300? I can't seem to find it anywhere.
