S4B is just a plugin on the MiCollab softphone. you need the desktop client SDK license to make it work, so it isn't a phone.

when you say softphone is this on the a PC or mobile device. this will be because the softphone hasn't registered with either the MiCollab/UCA server or the MBG.

Hi
Is there away to get two get two softphones working-one on a PC and one on an iPhone.  I can get this working having a minet device as deskphone and sharing the softphone between the PC and MBG enabled iPhone but its very clumsy when you move off site, my customer wants it to be seemless when the either leave the office or come back into the office. when in the office the iPhone works off wireless.

Got an install coming up which involves LCS. The customer doesn't have AD but the docs say install with AD. Do I need a AD or can i just use SQL?

Hi

I have purchased a vUCC small business bundle. On my ESXi machine do I need to install a vMAS because I'm confused as to how my reseller has named the ARID
I have three: MSL/6000 MAS, MAS BASE and vMCD. Which ARID is for which product when licensing.
I have installed a vMAS but am unclear how the vUCC fits in becuase on the MAS I have a menu for Unified Communications.

Any help please. It's the naming conventions that confuse me.

Hi

In the real time monitors i don't see the call waiting clock to 1 when there is a call waiting. the call has been answered by a RAD is waiting for an agent to be available.

any help appreciated.

If you use the Auto Attendant open and closed greetings how do you get them to answer. i mean i have 417 as my incoming ddi what number do i point this at. is it the VM HG ?

I don't know the answer but maybe a daily scheduled reboot, how many messages are in the mailbox maybe they users are not deleting them and the mailbox is full.

Hi

I have packaged and upload a screensaver to the 3300 and i havehtml licenses. i can see the correct file in the ip Phone configure form screensaver menu drop down list. when i apply the file the 5360 phone display HTML UPgrade and a blue box with the file name and countdown timer and the phone keeps rebooting.

Any ideas please.

Hi Everyone

I have a customer using MLAA. i have four options is it possiable to stop the "you are being transferred" prompt plus the name of the mailbox. i was just the user to be transferred as soonas they press an option.
