Mitel SX200, SX2000, and older SX platforms / Mitel SX200D to IP Office Tie lines
« on: January 03, 2012, 03:20:52 PM »
Hello everyone
First time posting, hope it's in the right place.
Working on an IPO and a Mitel in the same telephone room.
I have them connected via a T1 set as E&M Tie lines.
IPO to Mitel worked as soon as I connected them. The trouble I'm having is getting the Mitel to communicate with the IPO.
I have the channels set as incoming group 3, recieve digits at 3,
Mitel is sending 3, incoming call route is set to Any voice, line group 3, incoming number of 222(test phone in phone room), destination of 222. Another setup for 110(front desk)
IPO channel timers are at default
Mitel is a SX200D 1003 software, timers are set as
Guard timer is 600ms
debounce timer is 100ms
Outpulse delay timer is 800ms
Interdigit time is 800ms
Wait for delay timer is 5000ms
I believe it's a timing issue, I get a prealerting and it seems like it times out and goes to 110.
Any thoughts?
