Hi Friends,

We use AASTRA MX-ONE system. Auto answer activated on an IP phone (dialog 4425) which connected to this system.
How can I turn auto answer OFF on this IP phone????
Auto answer OFF is one of the options in IP phone menu but it takes no action when I am trying to select option "Auto answer OFF"

Is there any command for check incoming digit string on a digital trunk ?????

Hi Friends,

We have a TETRA radio system. We are going to establish an E1 link between this radio system and a Mitel MXeIII controller in order to make call from analog extension to Radio handhelds.

I defined a rout and a 30 circuit trunk group. Whenever call from analog phones e.g extension number 3232 to a radio handheld which its ID number is 401, after a few second silence, Mitel return a dial tone and radio handheld does not ring.

Guide me please

Hi Friends,
I use an MXeIII.
Whenever I want to check SMDR logs, It can not be displayed.
Command:

LOGSYS READ smdr ALL MATCH 4048
Reply:
LOGSYS error: FILE buffer could not be read for SMDR log.
File System error: File not open.


What can I do to correct it ?????  Thank you for your help.

Whenever I push redial bottun system responds "no access"
I cheched COS for redial feature
What is wrong?
How can I use redial for redialing the last number includes account codes?

Hi Friends,
We use an ICP 3300-MXe III,
Two days ago I found that the system's Time is incorrect, I changed it and it works correctly, but the day after I saw that the time is incorrect ??? what's wrong ???

I checked status alarms but there is no major alarm !
system rebooted 15 days ago, and up to 3 days ago everthing was ok

I have an MXeIII that has four 4+12 combo cards. tharefore 16 CO lines connected to it.
my extension number is 4048. I want to forward my external calls to my cell phone.
for example if somebody calls one of our CO lines and hear auto attendant then dials my extension number, the call be forwarded to my cellphone.
How can I do it ??

I have 2 MxeIII. one at site with numbering plan 4XXX and one at camp 7XXX.
they are not clustered but there is an 60 Channel IP/XNET between them.
is it possible to use call forward I am here when source is 7XXX and destination is 4XXX ?

How can I see state of each of 30 trunks one by one ????
