Mitel MiVoice Business/MCD/3300 / Reorder Tone - Mitel 3300

I have obtained an ICP 3300 system (sw version 10.xx.xx).  It was from a networked environment.  The system is setup to make calls over T1 PRI.  We can make incoming and outgoing calls but get a reorder or fast busy tones when connected.  The call stays up and are able to even do call transfer.  After the call is transferred, the reorder/fast busy tone disappears.

Can anyone tell me as to where this tone is coming from and how to disable it?

Can you advise where on Mitel's web site there is password recovery on Mitel's web site?
