Hi,

Have a issue. I have a DDI going to a path which routes to a hunt group, a normal call flow (all on 4 x 3300's).

Now I have uploaded two wav files and put them in options 1 and 2 in the music sources and I can see them.

Now what I want them to do is when the call is coming through and if a agent is not available then instead of just hearing a ringing tone till its answered, play a message (audio source 1) and then after 30 secs if not answered another message to pop in and then back to the main one and so on till it is answered.

Does this make sense. I fear I have not explained it well.

Yeah I managed to get it down to a workable size but sounds a bit sh*t.

I did wonder about sharing it accross the network but thought maybe as it was hold music and all the devices/agents are on the same controller it only need to be on the one.

I might try some different types of compression to get it on to a wav but still sound OK.

Hi,

Just new to Mitel and was wondering if anybody can help.

I have 4 Mitel controllers (2 x 3330 2 x 3330 MXi) and was wanting to use a portable cd player for hold music for a client (it’s a particularly long message).

I know there is no port on the 3300's but there is on the Mxi. Is it just a case of connecting the CD player and telling the mitel where it is.

A step by step guide would be amazing if anybody can help.
