That is how it is setup here...  So the extension I forward to's 1st Alt is voicemail and has a voicemail setup..  BUT when I test if no-one picks up, MY voicemail is being used not the forwarded extension...  I'm thinking there must be a COS I have missed....

I am trying to forward a phone to an internal extension, which ring through fine, but if no one answers the forwarded extension then the call it routed to my voicemail and not the voicemail of the forwarded extension..  How can I fix this??

All,

I have an ACD call centre that now has a requirement to call out..  Is there a way that I could report on different types of outgoing calls..  Say, Personnel, Sales or Insurance....

I am running a 3300 on 8.0.11.7 and also have a 6110 and 6160...

Any help would be appreciated...

OK, so I have 350 DDI's.  If someone in the DDI range calls out, I want the DDI to be shown..  So if I'm 2280 I want to display 01345 58'2280' or I'm 2176 I want to display 01345 58'2176'.  At the moment this displays as 'Unknown Number'..
I can, using the forms you recommended change 2280 and display 01345 58'2176' because that is what I have programmed.  BUT if I try to program 2280 to show 01345 58'2280' is shows 'Unknown Number'
I hope this is a little clearer, and I'm not asking a stupid question.

All,

I am trying to show my DDI when calling out.  I have added the correct product within the exchange, but still see 'Unknown Number' when I call my mobile.  My extension is one of our DDI range.

I am able to display another number by using CPN Substitution, but want as default to show all DDI on outgoing calls.

What am I missing??

Hello All,

I have been asked to present our DDIs when calling out.  I have done a CCS trace and found that we already are passing the extension number down our ISDN30 (PRI) so will get the carrier to do their bit..

BUT.......

I do not want to show DDI for all extensions, also I want to show the call centre number if anyone from a call centre calls out..
Any ideas??

The 6140 does all that, and yes it is an extra..

I am using a 3300 and 6110 / 6140 & 6160 with 30..  I am not a sales man and cannot tell you how much this solution costs, but can say that this solutions works really well for me.  I can add more users, depending on licenses, change messages, change routing..  the list is endless..  It really is a diverse solution and have not found anything I cannot do with this solution...

Yes, I consider the queue to be out of service when all agents are logged out.  I have already setup a phantom ACD queue but have had issues.

I do have a 6160 and am trying to work out how to do this.  Would I use call flows?  If not, what is the best way?

I have a 3300 and have invested in a call recorder..  I am trying to find a way of playing a "calls are recorded" message to all callers on entering the queue, but don't want the caller to get the message if the queue is out of service.

I have looked at using interflows and night service, but neither worked as issues with both.

Anyone help?
