Hello,
I'm having an issue with some IP phones that we have setup from home. I'll explain my setup so that you have some background info. I have 2 different 3300 systems and 2 Teleworkers in 2 locations. We have IP phones set up to connect from our user's houses on both teleworkers through the border gateway. If somebody from location 1 (home phone through border gateway) dials a 4 digit extension to someone in location 2 the person in location 2 cannot hear audio. If somebody from location 2 (home phone through border gateway) dials a 4 digit extension to location 1 they can hear audio both ways just fine. I compared the settings from the 2 teleworkers and didn't find any discrepancies. Also worth noting is that we have one of the phones from Location 2 in the office of location 1 (behind it's firewall). When a home user in location 1 dials this phone they hear audio both ways as well (which I thought was weird considering this phone is registered to location 2's teleworker. Also this issue is only related to using a 4 digit extension, if the user in location 1 dials location 2 using the full number it works fine. Any suggestions on where I should look first?
Thanks
