Are you talking about key line appearances? Or are you talking about being able to see everything that # is associated with?

Multiline Set Group Assignment form can show you a number and its association of which phone and key it shows up on and the type of key it is.

Call Routing can show you how calls are handled in No Ans | Busy | DND conditions. Call Rerouting Assignment form shows call reroutes and the Call rerouting Always | First | Second Alternative Assignment forms show the desinations.

There's not a ONE-STOP-SPOT to show all of this.

Change the timer settings is BOTH COS of the Trunks AND handsets

Call Fwd No Ans Timer: 15
No Ans Recall Timer: 17

4 Rings, then forwards

----------------------------------------------

Call Fwd No Ans Timer: 17
No Ans Recall Timer: 19

5 Rings, then forwards

Hope this helps... and no you do not need to reboot the system for settings to take in effect. If you change settings they happen in a sec after you save. If you test out your changes and they don't work, then its something else.

At my shop instead of the oneuser=onepassword method, which we used to do. Now, we have a username|password convention for everything we do. So that the username|password is unique to each customer and at the same time any mitel tech at our shop can connect to the system, but if you remember the convention. And if all else fails, we have another "ROOT" user that is documented for the JIC.

For example:

Customer Name: A company - user: apple pw: red

Customer Name: B company - user: banana pw: yellow

Customer Name: C company - user: cherry pw: red

Something like that.
