I set up a ring group for a small cust. service department at a local buisness. All 5 people that work in the cust. service department want to be able to look at their phone and see how many calls are active at any given time. To do this I setup 4 PBX lines on the system and added an apperance light on each phone for these lines. I setup a hunt group so the calls into the department would "roll" to the next PBX line. This solution is working exactly like their old phone system and exactly like they want it to, however when only 1 person is on the phone UC shows all the cust. service reps busy. Any suggestions?
