I will check it tomorrow. You think this will help?

I can change programmed card type. I select 24 port ONSp type. But in installed card type there is No card.
So I see Cabinet 2, Shelf 1, Slot 1, 24 Port ONSP, No card.
I suppose that in last column I should see 24 port ONSp card. As I know it's system-generated field and the system by itself should determine card type.

Hi all,
We have Mitel 3300 AX (P / N: 50006507) with 6 interface cards 24 port ONSp card (P / N: 50005731).
Under Card Assignment form none of 6 cards are defined (in the Installed Card Type column shows No Card). Tried on versions MCD 6.0 SP3 and MCD 7.2. Cards are showing as powered up. Tried on versions MCD 6.0 SP3 and MCD 7.2.
Tried to solve the problem through upgradebootrom all command but still nothing.
Where is the problem?

Mitel Software Applications / Mitel UC Advanced & iPhone
« on: October 14, 2011, 05:18:00 AM »
Hi everybody,

Maybe anybody has expereince for UCA & iPhone.
We can't make and receive calls via UC Advanced for iPhone.
The UC Advanced app for iPhone doesn’t have extension in corporate network.
What we have:
1. We have dedicated UC Advanced server;
2. We have full list of all necessary licenses on those server (please, see below);
3. We downloaded the UC Advanced app from Appstore and installed it on iPhone;
4. On 3300 MXe II controller we do nothing, except creating the Personal Ring Groups for employees;
5. We haven’t got UC Mobile or any other applications as well as MAS server;
We can't make calls from UCA client installed on iPhone. If we choose anyone from corporate contacts and try to call, the client offers to make a call using the mobile phone or using OfficeLink. If we choose mobile, the call placed using cell network. If we choose OfficeLink the UC Advanced client offers to choose either the employee’s Deskphone or Softphone. But anyway we can't make calls using the UCA client installed on iPhone.

More detailed information:
Have 2 sites - Site A and Site BBetween the sites there is a VPN running on routers under FreeBSD.
Any traffic between the sites is allowed.
IP settings for Site A: 192.168.0.0/24
3300: 192.168.0.2
g/w: 192.168.0.1
DHCP scope: 192.168.0.20-192.168.0.254IP

settings for Site B: 192.168.2.0/24
3300: 192.168.2.2
g/w: 192.168.2.1
DHCP scope: 192.168.2.20-192.168.2.254

What we found is that we need to assign lower MTU on the controller, becouse there are some restrictions about this:
VC1iskra ~]# ping -s 1472 192.168.0.2
PING 192.168.0.2 (192.168.0.2): 1472 data bytes1480 bytes from 192.168.0.2: icmp_seq=0 ttl=63 time=9.438 ms
1480 bytes from 192.168.0.2: icmp_seq=1 ttl=63 time=9.304 ms
^C
--- 192.168.0.2 ping statistics ---2 packets transmitted, 2 packets received, 0.0% packet loss
round-trip min/avg/max/stddev = 9.304/9.371/9.438/0.067 ms
VC1iskra ~]# ping -s 1473 192.168.0.2
PING 192.168.0.2 (192.168.0.2): 1473 data bytes
^C
--- 192.168.0.2 ping statistics ---2 packets transmitted, 0 packets received, 100.0% packet loss

How can I do this. I only khow about DHCP option 26. Are there any other ways to change MTU on the controller?

I've also checked the IP setting on phones via IP Telephones-All form and they are correct.

Hi,
We have a problem with IP trunk between 2 3300 - CXII and MXe III.
There is dead silent when you call from one site to another using IP trunk.
What's the problem??

The problem is solved.
You can only share the data on those controller to what you are directly connected.
Any kind of remote access couses the scripting error.

Mitel MiVoice Business/MCD/3300 / SDS scripting error
« on: June 26, 2011, 11:01:03 AM »
Hi guys!

Have a problem wich confused me a little...
I created a cluster consisting of 2 3300 MCD 4.2, programmed all nessacery things as related in help files, but when I want to share the data the window of scripting error appears wich told me that 'an error has occurred in the script on this page'.
I'm a little confused with this becouse can't understand where the problem is...
Any ideas?
Thanks.
